Is correlation causation when it comes to energy and mood? Because both have dipped these past two days. Despite feeling better last week, I am searching for an explanation for my low energy and even lower mood.
My parents have definitely noticed it, and lately I’ve even wondered if I can blame it on them and how their own tense relationship makes me feel worse.
I have yet to bring it up with them, because I am supposed to be the one with a neutral stance regarding whatever shit they have between them but it’s complicated.
So I resort to focusing my attention elsewhere but seemingly to no avail.
The most joy I have these days is checking nutrition and ingredient labels on products in grocery stores. Wow, talk about being in a funk. (To be fair, I’ve always enjoyed grocery shopping and checking labels.) What do you do to get out of one?
