Day 255: Art

Today lent itself to a ton of #art.

My friends and I went to the new Caffe Bene that just opened in Boston. It’s a very popular Korean coffee shop that I would always pass by in Shanghai but never realized how good it was because I would always think it was too expensive (remember, I was a complete cheapskate in China).

Of course, we took a Lyft, but we didn’t realize we got the wrong address until our car left us across from Toscanini’s. We decided to try quickly calling the Lyft driver who had just dropped us off. Thankfully, she came back 🙂

The taro bubble tea was literally just sugar. Never again. But the bingsoo was delicious, of course. #redbeanforever

Too much #art. Can't handle.

Afterward, we walked toward the Christian Science Reflecting Pool while waiting for our Lyft ride. Hilariously enough, it was the same driver!!

Anyway, we rushed to the BU Beach to meet up with Wesley Chan of Wong Fu Productions, of YouTube fame. When my friend texted me about it this morning, I freaked out. So happy. It was so funny to have a crowd of mostly Asian fangirls rush toward him when he arrived.
