Day 252: Distractions

Sometimes a distraction is all you need to forget about life’s chaotic and often frustrating moments.

Somehow, I am already behind on just about everything—except for blogging, apparently. I spent much of the afternoon frustrated over how misleadingly easy accounting actually is. Here I was, thinking how easy it was while explained so simply and well in class, only to come home and take hours to try four problems from a textbook that seems to complicate everything.

Thankfully, I had dinner with Amber at her apartment, where I helped to assemble her new table before we ordered takeout and helped organize her still-messy room.

Little assembly required. But ya know. We like to think it was hard work.
